Refund policy

Because lash extensions require such gentle and strict maintenance requirements, we are unable to guarantee your lashes.

Eyelash extensions are an investment of time, money, and care on our client and staff’s behalf. Eyecandy Lash Beauty will make every effort to satisfy a client’s lash wishes and troubleshoot after care dilemmas diligently. We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. If you are unhappy with a service please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. All retail product purchases are final sale.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us! We want you to absolutely adore your lashes and your experience with each and every technician at Eyecandy Lash Beauty. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results or anything at all, please contact us within 2 days so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late most likely we will not be able to extend your appointment time. Appointment will be charged at full value. We understand that last minute emergencies occur and will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We require 24 hours notice for no fee cancelations. Rescheduling/Cancellations less than 24 hours from appointment time will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee, either to the credit card on file or added to your next appointment.
